Dr. Philpott’s background includes more than four years as vice president of Hawaii Pacific University. He was responsible for the development and implementation of programs and services across three campuses with more than 8,000 students. As senior enrollment management officer, he helped attain significant enrollment gains within a financially conscious environment. Overseeing budgets and project proposal analysis, Dr. Philpott coordinated with the university business office and department directors in implementing successful cost-saving measures.
